  1. Hi Brenda! I’m sorry to hear about your experience with workplace bullying. I’ve seen scenarios where people misuse their power to hurt others, and it’s always disturbing to see. It’s good that you are using your story to help others, and that you’ve found an opportunity to get out of that situation. Keep up the writing and encouraging others!

    1. Thank you so much for your comment Tiffany, I really appreciate it! It is very unfortunate that there are workplace bullies out there that cause so much pain to others. Hopefully, there will come a time when people like that are no longer accepted and their behavior no longer tolerated. I hope you come back and visit my site and thanks for your words of encouragement!

  2. This a great website and has so much information for the person being bullied at work. I know at times I fall into the trap of being bullied as I have a younger boss that does not know compassion for the workers. I know it can really take its toll on a person. I have been following this website for a while now and really appreciate you sharing your story. I am ready to bash the bully.

    1. Thanks so much for your comments Dena. I appreciate it! It is easy to fall into the trap of being bullied. Who expects to be in a professional environment, doing your job and working as usual. Then suddenly you are confronted with someone who is not only being unreasonable but is actually being hurtful. I know for me it took a long time to realize my boss was more than just “hard to get along with” to him being an outright bully. This is an emotional journey for me and I thank you for reading about my life with the workplace bully. I hope you continue to follow and I love your comments!

  3. Hi Brenda, I am truly sorry that you have had to go through this ordeal. It is very sad that we have have so many people in this world that are so nasty, and hateful. I do believe that it has a lot to do with their upbringing and personality.
I truly hope you find something else soon as nobody deserves that type of treatment from anybody. In the meantime keep your chin up and Big Hugs
